Yvette Bolder is an animator and visual artist from the Netherlands.
In her work, she explores material, perspective and tender subject matter. She prefers to work in 2d analogue animation, but is also adept at digital animation. Furthermore, she loves to illustrate and make comics, work with ceramics and knits and sews in her spare time. She has experience in graphic design as well.
She recently graduated from Animation Design at ArtEZ, Zwolle, with her film You don't know how I love you (2025). It won the school's academy price for Art and Design and is now touring festivals. A previous student film, Five A.M. (2023), was selected for Kaboom Animation Festival 2024.
